Q: When should I get in touch about my wedding flowers?
A: If you're getting married on a Saturday between the months of April and September, you'll ideally want to get in touch 9-18 months in advance, the earlier the better though if you're super keen to book with me! For midweek and off-season weddings, 6-12 months in advance is usually fine but I am noticing a growing number of bookings for the "less popular" days and months so again, the earlier the better!
Q: Do you have a minimum order for weddings?
A: Yes, our minimum order value for wedding flowers is £500.00.
Q: Why is there a minimum order value in place?
A: I know it's not always going to be the most popular policy! I put a huge amount of time into planning, sourcing flowers from growers and suppliers along with ultimately creating and delivering your dream wedding flowers. With there only being a limited number of weekends in the busy wedding season, it's important as a small business that I maximise on the seasonal work opportunities and make a profit.
Q: Do you have a price list I can take a look at?

Q: Is there a charge for delivering my wedding flowers?
A: It kinda depends on the location of your wedding but there is normally a small single charge to cover fuel and mileage. This is always included in any quote I send out and is never hidden.
Q: I'm not local to North Wales, is it essential I come in to the shop for a consultation?
A: Most definitely not, I have bags of experience helping clients via phone, e-mail and Skype. I've worked for plenty of clients where I've not met them in person until the day of the wedding!
Q: I'm on a tight budget! Can you help?
A: Without a doubt one of the toughest questions I'm often asked. The answer is...sometimes! It depends on a few things. I totally understand that not everyone wants to or is able to spend a fortune on wedding flowers, so I'll always try my best to help, if and when I'm able to. Ultimately though as a professional with a strong reputation to look after, I do have minimum rates that I'm able to work with and unfortunately I'm never able to say yes to every enquiry that I receive.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: I take a fixed rate booking fee when you decide you'd like to book with me. This booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The booking fee is always deducted from your final balance. All weddings must be fully paid for no later than 3 weeks before the wedding day.
Q: Is there a contract for me to sign?
A: Yes, I have a terms and conditions form that I ask all clients to sign prior to booking.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes! I carry full business and public liability insurance. I'm fully insured to work off-site at your wedding venue too.
Q: Which areas do you cover for weddings?
A: If it's in North Wales, we cover it! I've bags of experience delivering to Conwy, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Denbighsire and Flintshire. For larger bookings I am also able to cover Mid Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire and Merseyside.
